The Importance of Perception in Product Reviews

I asked the wrong question first of all like what made you successful at Stripe or whatever. The person gave me some answer which was a sincere answer but there is a bunch of garbage in there. So that is one angle which goes back to yes there is a lot of content, there are no dearth of books, biographies of successful business people right. There is another aspect which is I would contend and this took me many many years to understand that in most companies the goal is not even success - it's to create a certain perception of progress.
