The Importance of Anticipating Objections
Kai: I've heard mindfulness described as it's just the gap between the stimuli and the response. We're just trying to elongate that gap because most of the time we instantly need your create, right? Kai: Well, let's move to anticipating objections. This is something that comes up all the time in a difficult conversation. As people are going to object, they're gonna resist and we need to anticipate that. And so when you take a step back and think about it objectively as to why people don't take the time to anticipate these objections, because they will come.
