The Future of Equity Compensation

A recent Gartner survey said by 2020, 30% of all browsing searches will be done without a screen. This is an area where we're currently beta testing Alexa and thinking about how participants could use that as a channel in order to work within their equity compensation. According to a study conducted by Sidelity Investments, a 65-year-old couple retiring today will need $260,000 to pay for health care expenses in retirement. So I think with that, I definitely want to allow the technology to speak for itself.
