Don't Create Content, but Do Lead

The sermon is the most important part of te week. But if you don't have great systems and great communities, then the preaching doesn't create the oganization. Same in business is, the product doesn't create a great business. Leadership is what makes the organization. How do you manage the volume of outside initiatives coming to you? Would you speak? Would you write? Would you be on my podcasts? Whould you come here? Would you do this fund raiser? There's a system for it.
