I think probably my favorite figures in the book are the maps which at the very very beginning and you know I've been a lover of maps for a really long time. They're able to convey something that is like visually beautiful and super powerful for showing how dynamic borders have been over kind of short but long timespanter right we're talking about if it's still possible to be alive in Moldova or to be Alive in Crimea and have existed during those often violent and conflict driven border changes yourself. So yeah I really really love the maps but in the tables especially in the empirical chapters I kind of try to condense what is that kind of messy and complex story into something that is kind of
