The Benefits of Being a Vegan

A study found that vegans have a higher VO2 max when they try to account for everything else. Meat just on its own inherently isn't like evil you know what I mean. In moderation people are still having moderate amounts of meat because then you don't have to worry about things like B12 deficiencies or omega 3 lack and calcium intake.
