AIDS Colongeopathy
All the cell counts are down you could get that in end stage HIV but you can also get that from MAC which really infiltrates the bone marrow. She's definitely susceptible to toxoplasmosis also CNS lymphoma and then the colongeopathy or this high it's weird it's just an alcafos, not with total bile. The albumin is down from the chronic disease though could have synthetic dysfunction from liver infiltration so still always very worried about lymphoma,. really curious about PTPTT here as well just keeping our differential really broad actually these ones keep on coming out mac, lymphoma, TV and CMV and cryptococcus fantastic discussion.
