Do Your Head In, Do Something In

To do something, you perform an action. This is one of the first verbs I imagine any of you learn when you're learning English. And then to do something in, so do your head in, do something in. It's another phrasal verb, to bring about the defeat or destruction of something. So let's go through three examples of how I would use the expression to do my head in. Do your head in: Someone irritating you; it's making you angry, confused, frustrated, annoyed. To kill someone: A person who has been done in by a disease and they've died - like Noah did after he got the pox. The word 'done in'
