Evolution by Natural Selection

In an experiment, a robot is taught to walk. It then learns how to do it better by copying parts of the genetic code for different proteins. David Wheeler says we need to be more humble and modest about evolution. He argues that there are huge unknowns similary with evolution by natural selection. We simply don't know enough details to simulate this process in the lab. This is not like general relativity - if there's a true evolutionary system out there lets us see eco-system regarment.
