Michael Goldgrass, who heads up QA at Bluebird, says teams need to talk about how they can get things done faster. He says there are tools you can use to see what code is never used in an organization. But organizational hierarchies aren't built to bring that data forward or share it with the right people on each side of the aisle, he says.
