The Role of Moral Judgments in Intuitions
People's moral judgments can affect their intuitions about questions that seem at first to be non-moral. There are very large gender differences in these questions so that men give quite different answers than women do. All four of these groups showed exactly the same responses on this question. So it seems like some deep truth about human nature perhaps that we're tapping into here.
