Getting Your Energy Inward Can Be Detrimental

I think that when it comes to finding that balance, you know, your energy is not on only going to things that are outside of you. Get a planner, get a journal, get a notebook, and every morning write out a schedule for the day. Now, i'm not talking about writing down crazy, exausting tasks. I'm talking about doing things that are feasible. Okay, so that might be like painting something. Write that on your daily schedule. You know, a very generous amount of your energy eds to be going inward, because, if not, you'll lose your sanity.
