In a preview of the case, we noted a striking passage in texa's brief. The state accuses mister remerez of playing what it describes as ecclesiastical whackamole. And so we thought maybe the justice are goin to be actually troubled by the suggestion. But those concerned seem to be a little less present from the oral argument than we anticipated they might be.
