The reframe is very important. The self talk really helps you with the reframe, but learning to talk to yourself, you also can guide yourself through that uncomfortable emotion. In those moments, when I feel it in my body, I feel small. And so when I learned to be kinder to myself during those moments of rejection, of inferiority, I should be farther along.
