I think in some sense, if we know that it's impossible to feel aligned AI was a constant guarantee. So you need some kind of way of interpreting the model and seeing where it's like getting to the point where you think it's too dangerous. Carbon taxes I think are a very good way of connecting the high-level value of we want less of this bad thing to this particular company now has a financial incentive to do the right thing.
