Is There a Shift in the Demand for Transformation Roles?
January: You know, our guess is that much like when the Great Recession happened, we saw companies dramatically shift their need from one of growth strategy to one of cost containment. We suspect that we will see some of that, especially in certain industries where those industries are struggling a little bit more than others. So retail, luxury goods, hospitality, those types of spaces are really struggling right now. But and so that's where we probably will guess you're going to see a decent amount of transformation roles start to be pretty popular.
