The Axle Dead Lift

A lot of people as if they were coming to the sport without a strong man or power lets ing back ground. The axle does not that many lifts and grip where you're getting close to that limit. On most griple met gripplements, you're rarely going much above 200 pounds. So to me it's not a big limiting factor. You're back and your legs. But yes, there are some people who do a lot of regular deliptus to make sure that the deadlest portion won't be the issue. It will be the hands.
