Wegan plamp base diets in the u.K. are still a very low figure, 600 thousand, or about one point two % of the population. Yet if we stopped live stock farming, we could draw down a huge amount of the carbon dioxide which we've already released into the atmosphere. Infact, it's very hard now to see how we can stop climate breakdown without doing that, as well as de carbonizing our economies.
