Is There a Way to Add a New Theme Hook Suggestion to a Twig Filter?

This is essentially just a hook theme suggestion alter as a twig filter and so what you're doing is as you are rendering a field on a node or on a block or on any kind of entity right there in your twig. There's going to be some new filters that that are very similar that are very helpful with the ad suggestion filter, which will be like an ad class and set attribute. The most specific suggestion it's always added to the top of the list okay um something else that's uh that's along the same line that's not in tendado but it's coming for tenda one hopefully  and maybe this just gets cut out because nothing comes of it.
