The Secunda Pars Is a Work of Wisdom and Orders, Right?
The moral life, a lot of Thomas theologians will say, can be best typified or best understood as a work of wisdom. Charity has the supreme capacity to do that for us in a supernatural key, right? What it's doing effectively is reordering the human person according to a common pursuit - God and neighbor. Sacrifice comes to play an important role in what it means to be charitable.
