I ran for senat in texas. I was recruited to run by some of our states largest labor unions and progressive organizations. My claim to fame was getting the union, got the white union guys to get along with on documented construction workers and republican business owners to all work together. So i don't know if i'll run again, but it's not something i considering doing now. Because when i think about what is the most impactful thing i can do right now, it's mobilizing young people. It's getting the opportunity to register hundreds of thousands of young people in texas that won't just impact one race, but impact our entire state's future.
