Death Certificate - Is There a Relative Side?

Dr. Datta explains to Latta that the problem currently arises when a patient is both terminally ill and incapable of making their own decisions on treatment. He says if you want to avoid this then the only logical legitimate way is to do a document called as living will in which you write down what should or shouldn't be done. Dr. Dada says that as it stands doctors can't stop treatment and if a patient is taken home against the advice of a doctor it can be a problem in terms of getting a death certificate.
