i think it mightnt be required, but i don't know. Like laws also change, depends on where you're coming from. Colleges care that you have a degree. And if you can get even beyond that, ah, that increases your value in academia. There's no question about that. You get paid more. But from other countries, it might be helpful. It like, ou definitely would be more helpful than if if he doesn't help have a degree at all. I mean, who hares? Who else cares? Who? Whose schools are going to hire you?
