i've been in a similar situation. We've gone stagdos. Do not know anyone, but will be one or two people that you get on really well with. Also, i think people are different now. Like laddy banner and stagtos aren't what they used to be 20 years ago. If anything is emi, if anything is said that's a bit untoward, then definitely you either say something, or maybe point it out to friend who's the the groom. That's my advice.
