If anyone, if anyone wants the framework that I use to write plans I'm happy to send this through if anyone wants like a basic framework because when we say like make a plan you're like fuck where do I start and so yeah there's a lot to it but yeah, thank you for having me on and really good questions you guys ask us very good questions so I'm impressed.
