The Ethics of Ethnic Bio Weapons

The controversy was gently engineered by a weapons and it goes on. The author says, quote, the purpose of this paper is to launch a debate on the subject of ethnic bio weapons before they become a scientific reality. This accusation came from foreign ministry spokesperson Wong Nguyen Ben who only said this because US secretary of state Anthony Blinken had criticized Chinese government for their repression of Uyghurs and Tibetans.
