I relate to that completely because in the journaling that I do, I find a pattern, which is I'm drawn to it to just try to declutter. But as I proceed, it isn't long before I've started to actually make a prioritized list of what to do next and which things are important. That does seem to be a process. One thing is journaling is brilliant. It's very powerful. It's a great discipline to do. And I can tell you now, I would never have started journaling in that place.
