In the summertime, we'd probably average about two and a half, three thousand pounds over the course of the weekend. We've got really like some quite big events booked in because I think as well, it's important to know last year, we formed a lot of relationships with with vendors. So next time we go, we're ready to do it bigger and better. Give our products to professional chefs that celebrity chefs that are coming. Really, really grow the brand, do talk, do demos, all of that, just to make it bigger andbetter.
