Autopsy findings indicated that occupants had inhaled a high percentage of carbon monoxide. Theres no evidence of an attempt to open the doors from the inside of the aircraft by the emergency method. We don't know if they had passed away, or if they were told not to because the pressure ation hadn't been equalized. And di you know what, since the pilot flight crew were in the front of the plane, they might not have known how bad it was in the back of the plane and why they were roing so slow.
