All Causation Is Epi Phenomenal

i had read lot of arguments against madamnin consequence argument, and some of these arument i but e wont the again, really hit me. And this one hit me first was the exclusion argument of jackon kin. So if that is correct, and all causation boils down to the microscopic, quantaman quantom, whatever is down there at the rootless level, type of causation, then everything is epi phenomenal um.
