Do You Have a Number of Meals That You Shouldn't Eat More Than Once a Day?
I don't think we were really designed to eat more than twice a day when we're eating properly. I have children who are at school age and it just amazes me how all the messaging in school, like make sure you wear snacks,. If these kids go more than three hours without eating, they're going to be dropping dead. The mindset in general, I think is very, very important part of this. You want to be keeping the big picture in mind. What do I want to accomplish, but not those short term goals that we all get to hung up on today?
