Learning Objectives and Outcome Objectives

i would agine that if youre coaching someone to include learning objectives in their own goals, or in that of the people that they are managing, there's probably like a gray line between a learning and outcome objective. So i would say, play piano in front of a hundred people by december 30 first. Sounds like an outcome, right? But not so much a learning objective. It's interesting, because sometimes the difference is you state it. And sure, maybe your learning objective, or the skill they are developing, might translate down the line into something more objective. That's what's different, the intrinsic value of the pursuit.
