Is There a Middle Ground Between Partcorescency and Skilld Training?

i would say the amount of agility work, change of direction training that high minute, high usage athletes are doing is minimal. Those guys are not doing aloud. And i do think there is a place for sport specific training. There does need to be a kind of a bridge. As a coach, rights, people are scared of what they don't always know. They hold on real tight to their things they love. But i sometimes you got to get out of your comfort zone. I did have a quntion wit the bar speed stuff, but noto start.
