Bo Steine's new book is called First principles for key account manager in German. The subtitle translates to nine bricks for your success, which I would translate as 'I'm a dinosaur folks' But when you say key account manager, maybe tell us a little bit about what that really means because I'm not sure everyone knows how it relates to the field.
