The essential amino acid content in quinoa is marginal at best. Brown rice has some of the highest loosing and methining content compared to other foods. Oats are a very poor source of essential amino acids, lentils and chickpeas. Hemp is quite high in methionine, but with hemp, you have all of the tannins and anti-nutrients that can be problematic for digestion.
