I'd be honest, have you got any teachers who you give a sheet with the day two weeks in advance of when the real date is? You've already mentioned bringing everyone with you and it'd been able to more easily more readily iterate things. But are there any other reasons why this might be a good idea? Yeah, I think you're absolutely right, you know, and it's interesting because when teachers, when if all you've ever experienced is strong, strategic kind of thinking and leadership, like you say, when you when you go somewhere with the eyes and the eyes, it's blindingly obvious. We want our star to feel supported to feel like there's no surprises
