The Psychology of Never Assumed Victory
The psychology of never assumed victory is a very difficult one for organizations to accept. In siber with a couple million dollars, they can do a lot of damage. It doesn't take our trillion dollar defense budget to catch up and it takes a building full of hackers. And now you don't even have to own those hackers their contractors. They can live in argentina. So all i'm saying is, i don't think we need to back off offence. I mean, clearly, our adversaries feel there are no costs to pursue some of these attacks. But if we're going to continue to focus on this active defence or offensive strategy, we need to recognize that the time has come
