Is There a Supply Issue With Rent Control?

I'm not that opposed to government intervention on the supply side, like incentivizing the supply side of stuff. I think go arrive very easily. What we tend to do is these kind of really brutal like a, we just take an axe to stuff wit like price controls and what not,. And iit, in the long run, destroys, destroys them for short term political ans. Then everybodys sok, oh, how did this happen? And we kind of rite pycle over again.
