Powel: The whole idea that the fet is independent is a complete farce. Powell hides behind the myth of independence to avoid criticizing the bide administration, which proves conclusively that the federa reserve isn't independent at all. I believe the court decided correctly on friday. It was incorrect in 19 73 in reading into the constitution a right that does not exist. If life doesn't begin until birth, well then the unborn child has no right to live.
