Are More People Going to the Poles?

If you have a minority of voters who are committed to an issue, and they're very deeply dedicated to it over time, that leads to an advantage on the issue. I think gun control is an example of that. A majority of that minority has been for years and years and years, the pro gun rights community. And i think overtime, it bleeds into an advantage, but not in any given cycle.
