The idea that the unexamined life is not worth living It is a deep truth and I think in our own personal lives self-awareness can be really useful. People tend to think that you need some amount of Delusion, I'll or self-deception. To keep from just being bereft like to stave off negative emotions like insecurity or or regret or fear that you know are just gonna paralyze you. They so they think that self-Deception is necessary for that but most of the time it can make you unhappy.
