Applescript vs Javascript
If you write the same script in applescript and injavascript object notation, a java script for automation, you'll often find the aplescript ones faster. And my conclusion is awas not hooked up to the same apple events quite perfectly. A, so i tend to fall back to applescript rather than reaching for java script. It's one of those things where, you know, it flows better with applescript.
