The Competition for Retail Software Companies

Every retail CEO is also trying to build an in-house capability. We've been able to get a hell of a long way by raising a modest amount of capital, being capital efficient and building a great company. The biggest competition we have is processes internally within retailers. They try to do these sorts of things manually. That can be a problem for adoption. But I think once people realize that it's not going to negatively impact them in their role, they're quite quick to come around.
