Should the Tuck Companies Be Liable for the Content They Publish?
Journalists have resisted wanting to be called media companies for all sorts of reasons, largely because of liability rat they don't want to be liable for the content they publish. "I as a journalist spendl my time worried about liability, in being sued, and being accurate about everything i say," he says. He argues that section two 30 should be amended at the very least to say if you have speech on your platforms that doesn't meet the brandenburg test, that is incitement to violence or an incitement to illegal conduct, you have to remove it.
