Problem Classification - Can't Be Limited to Pathology?
If you only think about pathology and don't think enough about individual presentations of different pathologies, you miss the need for varying the treatment according to presentation. So that's kind of the first thing i say around problem classification diagnosis - it can't be limited to pathology. But i then would qualify, weh shouldn't throw pathology out the window. And i do get a little bit sensitive when you hear somebody say, 60 % of the population over this age have a disprolapse. It means you can't rely on that in your diagnosis.
