When you bought the farm and we started deciding to raise cattle and do eggs, which is the first two things we did, I wanted to be organic. And it became clear to me that truly grass fed, grass finished beef is superior. If you're really a health focused person, it's also risky because I depend heavily on rainfall. But right now, like they're eating rye grass and oats and stuff and there's naturally occurring sugars in those grasses this time of year.
