Earl Fontanelle: Eithil Kahlhun was a fascinating artist and esotericist. She moved to Britain just before her first birthday, lived in Cheltenham and Isle of Wight. Her family on both sides was very rooted in Indian colonialism. And she always felt that she was somewhat displaced because she felt like she should have remained in India.
