What Should a Witness Do in the Final Preparation for Hearing?

Read your statement three or four times the night before, read it again on the morning. Make sure every opportunity to revise is taken. You can't be over familiar with it. The tribunal has a list of issues but they will still need the evidence relating to those claims. So don't be drawn into the glamour of the more significant elements of the claim. Ultimately, they all matter.
