In 20 16, i wrote a three part series on the propaganda war in the Philippines. The title of that was how facebook algarithms impact democracy. I would never have thought filippinos could act in this manner, but this again, you know, brings out the mob. And then to watch that effectively used by a state forces because at a certain point, i call it the first wave of disinformation networkson we did data analytics and two of the three were appointed to government office.
