The History of Human Capital Management

The data business around human capital management began very quickly and that was that was definitely a track in it. That started in 2010 1112 was really the origins of that side of the business on the capital markets. It did take a little bit of a longer there was a little bit more of a gestation period there so we started to package our ideas and the concept around that and put it together. We were doing that ourselves with our search engine so all we had to do essentially was create an XML feed and and allow somebody to pick it up and use it.
